A Note on Care

What these sessions are

Gentle, voluntary spaces for rest, self-awareness, and reflection. Reiki works with the body's own capacity to settle and restore. Somatic coaching helps you listen to your nervous system and move from there. An intuitive reading brings forward what is meant for you in natural timing — never forced, and never promised.

What they are not

I don't diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition, and I don't prescribe. These sessions are not psychotherapy or counselling, and they aren't a substitute for seeing your doctor, therapist, psychiatrist, or care team. Nothing shared in a session should change a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a prescription without your own clinician's guidance.

Please keep your care team close

If you're under a doctor's care, being treated for an illness, in therapy, pregnant, or taking medication, please keep working with them and tell them what you're doing here. I'm glad to be used alongside your care, never instead of it. If a session stirs something up that feels like too much, say so — we can pause, slow down, or stop at any moment.

Outside the US, contact your local emergency number. These sessions aren't built for crisis care, and you deserve someone who is.

Your part, and mine

You're always free to pass on anything, to ask for less, or to end a session early. I hold your words in confidence, with the one exception I'll always tell you about: if I believe you or someone else is in danger, I'll help you get the urgent support that's needed.
