Denise Kay
I'm Denise — a Reiki Master practitioner, psychic intuitive, and somatic life coach. My work lives at the meeting place of body, spirit, and nature — the slow, gentle art of coming home to yourself.
I came to this work the way most of us do: through my own longing to rest, to breathe, to feel like myself again. What I found is that healing was never about fixing or becoming someone new. It was about returning — clearing away the noise until what was always there could be heard again.
River's Landing grew from that understanding. Set along the Penobscot River, it's a quiet place where your nervous system can soften, your spirit can breathe, and your own inner knowing can begin to lead again.
My philosophy
The body remembers what the mind tries to forget. Reiki and somatic work meet that remembering with gentleness — no forcing, no fixing, just space.
Intuitive guidance helps illuminate what's ready to be seen. Nature reminds us that we belong to something larger, slower, and kinder than our worry.

From Pines to Palms
My practice flows between two sacred landscapes for me: the Penobscot in Maine, and the medicine that the Florida Everglades brings to me. I meet with clients locally and in person depending on the season, and hold space virtually from anywhere in the world.

No matter where my feet are planted, my virtual doors are always open for deep, transformative remote sessions year-round.
