Reiki Healing
I'm a Reiki Master and intuitive healer, and I offer gentle, individualized Reiki sessions in a peaceful, supportive space.
Reiki is a gentle yet profound form of energetic work that channels universal life force energy to support your body's natural capacity to heal. By clearing stagnant energy and calming the nervous system, a session invites you into a state of deep rest where physical, emotional, and spiritual integration can take place.
Most sessions involve non-invasive touch (or non-touch distance work, if remote), allowing your energy field to soften, release, and recalibrate at its own perfect pace.
My work blends traditional Usui Ryōhō Reiki with my natural intuitive abilities, allowing each session to unfold organically and uniquely for the person receiving it. When appropriate, I may also incorporate crystals as a supportive element of the energy work.
I've been practicing Reiki and energy work for twenty years, and I'm a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP).
Somatic Life Coaching
Somatic Life Coaching doesn't work only from the neck up, the way traditional life coaching does — focusing heavily on mindset, rewiring thoughts, and pushing through blocks using logic. What I found in my own somatic life coaching experiences is that lasting transformation can't happen from the neck up alone.
Your body holds the blueprint of your lived experiences: your patterns, your stresses, your conditioned protections, and your deepest intuitive wisdom.
Somatic Life Coaching is an integrative, body-centered approach to personal growth. Together, we don't just talk about what's keeping you stuck; we look at how that stuckness manifests physically in your nervous system. By learning to listen to the subtle sensations, breath patterns, and somatic cues of your body, we can gently release old, stored patterns and cultivate a deep, cellular sense of safety and alignment.
This work is designed for people who have tried traditional talk therapy or standard mindset coaching and found that, while they understand their patterns intellectually, their body still feels anxious, stuck, or exhausted.
