Twenty-four hours' notice

If you need to move or let go of a session, a note by email or the contact form at least twenty-four hours ahead is all I ask. No explanation needed — you don't owe me a reason.

Cancelling inside that window

No charge. I'd rather you feel free to tell me honestly than sit at home feeling guilty. Just let me know as soon as you can and we'll find a time that suits you better.

Illness, weather, and the unexpected

Sickness, a storm, a family need, a day when your nervous system simply can't — none of these count against you. Reschedule without worry, and if the same holds true for me, I'll tell you early and offer new times.

If you arrive late

Your session still ends at the scheduled time so the next person isn't rushed. There's no penalty — only a little less time, and always the option to add a few minutes next visit if there's room.

The 5-Session Coaching Package

This package is yours to move with. If your season changes — travel, health, money, a new chapter — sessions can be paused and picked back up, and any sessions you won't use may be transferred to someone else who needs them. The fee isn't refunded, but the package never expires — your sessions stay yours until they're used or passed on.

No-shows

Sometimes life simply swallows a day. If you miss a session and haven't been able to reach me, write anyway — I'd far rather hear from you late than assume you've gone. We'll speak, and we'll reschedule.
